One who who has been endowed with the ability to tell wondrous tales of suspense and adventure. ____________________ •The color wielder. One who has been given the gift to release immense radiance of color accross any surface. ____________________ Focus of this Guild: We are a group of skilled artisans who gather to draw amazing imagery, to feed off each other's strengths, develop relationships, and honor the one sitting to your right while keeping a peaceful, light and friendly atmosphere.

Excellent Artist - another artist i'm going to begin to glean from

This is Art for a new Green latern Series - Art from Ethan Van Sciver.
The way he draws the muscles and renders, is a style I desire to use intergrate into my own. He deos amazing job capturing the human element but still retaining the comic feel. Always reinventing me style, hehe. Never want to be satisfied - stiving to improve. Anyway, just wanted to post to inspire anyone else who just needs another style to study.

Szerian said...: Caanan. If you take anything away from this art is that the subtlety to the detail is less. There's not a lot of "excess" lines and shading in the art itself. The artist does just enough and then leaves the shading and such to the colorist. You know I'm your biggest fan and would never crit your work but in some situations, less is more.
